** Programmatic Business Operations Manager **for our Programmatic department. The Programmatic Business Operations Manager will be the ambassador of Outbrain’s Programmatic Access for demand partners,
**supporting the US offices**, and working with account managers, sales, product, and operations teams globally to maintain revenue growth and increase product adoption.

**A day in the life**
- Act as the “programmatic ambassador” for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of programmatic trading technologies and the RTB bid stream.
- Support global business teams to improve and increase activity around Programmatic buying of Outbrain inventory.
- Provide performance insights and identify trends through deep analysis, utilizing BI, and a variety of tech tools, and platforms.
- Take ownership of the Programmatic Revenue and growth targets while seeking new opportunities to increase programmatic activity.
- Be a contributor, from a business and product perspective to the ongoing process of solidifying the technical flow and business aspects.

**What you’ll bring**
**_ Must have skills and experience_**
- Proven track of experience in Ad-tech/Mar-tech
- Proven track of experience running campaigns on **large and known DSPs** (such as _Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk_...)
- A highly analytical person who enjoys working with large sets of data, including **solid usage of SQL**, Excel, Google Sheets and other BI Platforms (ex. Looker Studio ).
**_Advantage_**
- Experience supporting or working directly with brands and agency clients
- Hands-On experience with **Programmatic Technologies **in place, such as RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs
- Experience using Outbrain Amplify Platform
- Prior experience in client/partner-facing roles from global ad-tech companies
**_Other skills_**
- Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).
- Ability to combine highly technical skills with relationship-building skills to be able to provide both analysis and business insights.
- Ability to be a Project Owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks.
- Comfortable in a position that requires a breadth of experience and skill sets, from working with multiple internal teams to presenting Slide Shows to management.
- A natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the ability to make key decisions based on experience.
- Independent and proactive, managing multiple priorities with excellent interpersonal skills, and able to reach out to key stakeholders for assistance.
