**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an
**HR & Payroll Intern**, you will support HR and administrative housekeeping of the internal operations of Fever. It may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure to increasing responsibility and leadership functions. You will be
**supporting** and coordinating with the Fever teams, including HR and Legal.
- Daily working on the HR tool and keeping it up to date
- Being in contact with other departments to improve policies and legislations
- Solve recurrent labor doubts of employees with the HR team
- You will learn about the different procedures of the company
- Work in a high-performing team alongside peers by being in communication with various teams across the company
- Improvement of current processes inside the HR department

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be **currently enrolled in a college degree/master program** and **able to work in our Madrid office**:

- **Spanish native and English fluent** is essential
- Knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of labor law compliance
- Knowledge of Google Suite + Microsoft Office
- Personio knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy.
