Cyberdefense Center Core Service Manager

As the CDC Core Service Manager, you lead your service effectively according to business needs and technical innovation, while coordinating with partner teams, technology providers, customers, and business representatives.
**What will be your challenge?**
- Secure the continuous and seamless monitoring of security events and incidents in Siemens IT environments.
- Drive the deployment and implementation of IT Security Monitoring across Siemen’s constantly changing environments to ensure the adequate level of protection for the company.
- Ensure the quick and effective identification and defeat of cyber-attacks in IT environments, with your deep expertise of IT Security and team leadership, by maintaining and innovating monitoring, detection and response service capabilities, while enforcing it seamlessly along the complete value chains, from early service development to support delivery team’s implementation.
- Accelerate threat detection in Siemens by strengthening the interaction between Cybersecurity Defense Center (CDC) Services and related services (i.e., CERT and Product Security).
- Coordinate and prioritize activities inside the CDC actively working with your peers in the CDC OT and CDC APP service areas.
- You provide technical insight to the CYS leadership team, as well as act as an advisor and leader for your service across Siemens.
- You support your business-customer to ensure efficiency and operational excellence, along with effective P&L management.
- Perform actively stakeholder management.
