You will be part of our team, full of talent and desire to innovate, where you will work as a Service desk and support administration. The position includes the activities of a service center operator. The operator will be technically trained to be able to perform level 2 in the resolution of incidents. Availability to work shifts is essential (mainly weekends + holidays, weekly afternoon shift and exceptionally night shift).

- Telephone Service Center (Spanish and English)
- Reception and assignment of tickets in the ticketing tool.
- Receipt and assignment of tickets in the monitoring tool.
- Incident resolution / Management of level 1 and 2 incidents.
- Communication with client companies
