**Our team**

The IT team has a flat structure. The IT team works within the technology department and is comprised of three awesome people. We all work to help each other and give each other support where needed.

**About the job ‍‍**

We are looking for dynamic, curious, and creative IT Helpdesk Technicians to join our IT team. We are looking for one IT Helpdesk Technician in **Barcelona and Madrid**. You will interact with all functional departments and provide support where needed.
- You will occassionally be expected to travel occasionally to our warehouses distributed throughout the country._

Main responsibilities:

- Provide support with troubleshooting and help solve issues incoming from our ticket system.
- Help document processes and make sure they are updated
- Keep track of employee accesses to internal/external systems, handle on/off-boarding tasks.
- Onboard employees for use of company accounts and appropriate access to systems.
- Update assigned tickets and continuously coordinate necessary work
- Provide follow up to the end-user on the status of the problem until resolution
- Escalate the problem as required
- Provide IT equipment and setup.
- Deploy devices to end-users, assist with basic enterprise-level management configuration and troubleshooting.

**What are we looking for?‍‍**

We are looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks at once, someone who is good with people, and someone who thrives in fast-growing companies.

The main requirements for this role are:

- First-line support experience in a team or a helpdesk.
- Laptop / Desktop support
- Network administration & troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of software/hardware.
- Knowledge of working with Windows. MacOS is a plus.
- Troubleshooting skills (hardware devices, specific apps, etc).
- Ticketing systems experience.
- Able to work with a team as well as independently (Proactive)
- Excellent customer service skills
- English and Spanish are required. Other languages are a plus.
