Position: German Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate directly with our clients in order to answer all their questions regarding product information or related-issues using professionalism at all time
- Offer outstanding tailored solutions in a punctual manner
- Expand your knowledge around our products and services provided to our clients
- Become a brand ambassador of our brand and embrace our core values.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (C2 level). Fluent in English
- Previous experience in Customer service roles, ideally from BPO/call centre environment - an advantage
- A genuine care for customer support
- Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasize and drive the problem to solution
- Strong attention to details and proactive approach to working
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
