**Descripción del Rol**:
Estamos buscando un administrativo/a Contable con el fin de fortalecer el área administrativa y contable, brindando soporte al departamento de contabilidad para optimizar la gestión financiera y administrativa de la empresa.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Emitir, registrar y controlar facturas de clientes y proveedores, asegurando la correcta contabilización.
- Realizar conciliaciones periódicas de cuentas bancarias y otras cuentas contables.
- Colaborar en la elaboración de reportes financieros y administrativos para la dirección y el área contable.
- Controlar y registrar los pagos a proveedores asegurando su puntualidad.
- Asistir en la preparación de los cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Colaborar en la recopilación y preparación de documentación para la presentación de declaraciones fiscales.
- Proponer y participar en la mejora de procesos administrativos y contables para aumentar la eficiencia.

**¿Qué Buscamos?**
- FP Grado superior en Administración y Finanzas
- Mínimo 2-3 años de experiência en un puesto similar, manejando funciones administrativas y contables.
- Experiência en conciliaciones bancarias, gestión de facturación y reportes contables.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas básicas y avanzadas).
- Conocimiento básico de normativas fiscales y contables aplicables (PCG)
- Experiência con sistemas de gestión contable y ERP (Holded, Netsuite...)
