An international brand that is using Social Media to connect and communicate with their clients.

Your role as a Live Social Media Expert:

- Answer sales queries and demonstrate products on a Video Call in front of a Camera.
- Maintain an expert understanding of products.
- Supporting with content creation by giving input in ideas and assist with script writing.
- Upkeep and merchandising of the demo center.
- Multi-channel support with chat and other tools.
- Upselling and cross selling: not direct selling.
- Occasionally creating content for the brand: we are interested in your CREATIVITY

We offer:

- Full time job with a Spanish, long term contract
- 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
- Salary for 39 hours: 23,000 Euros gross/year + up to 4.000 Euros gross/year
- Training on the best practices in front of the camera and social media

- Help to get your Spanish documents (NIE, social security and bank account)
- Start date: Immediate
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

- Native speaker for your market + fluent English required
- Additional language (Spanish or French) it´s a plus
- Comfortable on Camera
- Drive to deliver excellent customer service
- Target driven to achieve sales: Cross selling, Upselling
