Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager who is an engaged, proactive individual to coordinate with the HQ on financial and corporate issues. The role is based in Barcelona, joining the US team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, reliable, and flexible, comfortable with change and able to work independently.ResponsibilitiesFinding and curating relevant third-party content for social channels.Working closely with the brand, design, and digital teams.Creating a content strategy for multiple platforms.Investigating and recommending new platforms to expand the company's reach.Managing influencer outreach and content development.Reviewing and optimizing social media campaigns from the performance marketing team.Generating innovative ideas for product launches.Optimizing social media management tools for maximum benefit.Developing partnerships with external content creators.Staying updated on the latest social media trends.Planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches and content.Defining KPIs and KRAs for social media efforts.Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and content teams.Building relationships with social media influencers to strengthen networks.Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.Working with copywriters and designers to create engaging, on-brand content.Developing highly shareable, creative content that attracts attention.About YouBachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.5+ years of experience in social media marketing and creative development.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Strong research and social media analysis skills. xsgfvud Experience with animation and a design background with an aesthetic eye.Experience in budget and influencer management.Work Location: Barcelona, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
