The role requires a professional, structured, and business‑oriented mindset and is not influencer‑focused.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow Tinniless’ social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTubePlan content calendars and ensure consistency, quality, and professional toneAdapt content to different platforms and audiences, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional communicationMonitor engagement and basic performance metricsUse AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiencySupport the team with presentations, decks, and structured business materialsWork closely with management to align social media activity with company and growth objectivesQualificationsProven experience as a Social Media Manager managing multiple platformsStrong communication and writing skillsExperience developing and executing content strategiesAbility to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies accordinglyExperience using AI tools for content creation and productivityAbility to create clear, professional presentationsUnderstanding of business and growth processesFull professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environmentAbility to work full‑time, on‑site in BarcelonaFull-time positionOn‑site at our office in central Barcelona#J-18808-Ljbffr
