Desde Marlex colaboramos con una empresa dedicada al producción y transformación de productos renovables en productos reciclables. Actualmente precisa de incorporar a su plantilla un/a CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**
- Apoyo comercial y gestión de cliente, vía telefónica, mail y presencial.
- Revisar que los pedidos recibidos de los clientes cumplan con las condiciones acordadas.
- Asegurar la precisión y fiabilidad de los datos en pedidos y facturas.
- Introducción de datos los pedidos en el ERP y creación de fichas cliente.
- Solicitar la apertura o modificación de la línea de crédito con la aprobación del comercial y responsable financiero.
- Derivación de incidencias a otros departamentos para su resolución.

- Dispones de experiência mínima de 3 años realizando tareas similares.
- Posees un buen dominio del paquete Office.
- Valorable disponer de un buen nível de inglés.
- Dispones de una clara orientación al cliente.
- Eres una persona resolutiva, empática y organizada.
