Desde Marlex colaboramos con una empresa dedicada al producción y transformación de productos renovables en productos reciclables. Actualmente precisa de incorporar a su plantilla un/a CUSTOMER SERVICE.
**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**
Apoyo comercial y gestión de cliente, vía telefónica, mail y presencial.
Revisar que los pedidos recibidos de los clientes cumplan con las condiciones acordadas.
Asegurar la precisión y fiabilidad de los datos en pedidos y facturas.
Introducción de datos los pedidos en el ERP y creación de fichas cliente.
Solicitar la apertura o modificación de la línea de crédito con la aprobación del comercial y responsable financiero.
Derivación de incidencias a otros departamentos para su resolución.

- Dispones de experiência mínima de 3 años realizando tareas similares.
