Uno de nuestros clientes del sector muebles y decoración busca hacer match con un/a Customer Service en sus oficinas del Vallès Occidental.

¿Cuál es tu misión?
Te encargarás de la gestión y seguimiento de los pedidos y su correcta entrega, gestión de incidencias y trato con cliente, gestión de la documentación referente a las exportaciones y su correspondiente registro en el sistema de la empresa.

**Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados**:
¿Qué necesitas para hacer match? El Back Office Export requiere de los siguientes conocimientos: - Formación en Comercio Internacional o similar - Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión comercial - Mínimo 2 años de experiência en exportación o entorno similar - Nível alto de francés, italiano e inglés.
