Desde Marlex Human Capital, estamos colaborando con una empresa líder mundial en el sector del embalaje y relacionado. Actualmente, precisan incorporar un/a Customer Service para su centro ubicado en el Vallès Occidental.

¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?

En dependencia de la Coordinadora de Customer Service, tus principales funciones y responsabilidades serán:

- Gestionar el correo y la comunicación con los clientes.
- Realizar el control y seguimiento del estado de los pedidos para cumplir con los plazos de entrega, condiciones de entrega, calidad, precios, etc.
- Gestionar las incidencias y reclamaciones de clientes.
- Introducir los pedidos en el ERP o sistema correspondiente y hacer las modificaciones que sean necesarias.
- Revisar las facturas y la información relacionada con los pedidos.
- Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de clientes e informes de pedidos, ventas, etc.
- Elaborar informes de ventas (mensuales, trimestrales y anuales).

Al perfil seleccionado se le ofrece:

- Posición estable e incorporación directa por empresa.
- Formar parte de una empresa consolidada y bien posicionada en su sector.
- Horario laboral a jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 8h a 17h con flexibilidad horaria.
- Dispones de experiência de al menos 2 años realizando tareas similares.
- Disponer de un nível avanzado de ofimática (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valorable tener experiência en sector industrial.
- Valorable disponer de un nível de francés y/o inglés medio o fluido hablado y escrito.
- Eres una persona con actitud proactiva, organizada, resolutiva, metódica, constante, orientada al cliente y a los detalles, con capacidad para el trabajo en equipo y empatía, paciencia, capacidad de adaptación, con ganas de aprender, así como responsable e implicada con los objetivos de la compañía.
