We are looking for a
- **Tech Sourcer - freelancer** to support
- **vpTech (the IT community of Veepee)** on freelancer sourcing for our different offices across Europe.

**Location**:

- Based out of any of our Veepee offices in Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Brussels,... /
- **Remote Friendly**.

**Team**:

- The Tech Sourcer will join the
- ** Governance team**, a 6 person team, in charge of the freelancers/contractors, workforce and general budget/expenses of the IT department in Veepee.

**Mission**:

- The Tech Sourcer will work in collaboration with Elizabeth, Tech Sourcer Lead, to attract and source freelancers on the market and using tools such as our ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and Turnover IT.

**Responsibilities**:

- Freelancer requirements gathering
- Advert posting
- Headhunting
- Phone screening / pre-qualifications (followed by technical and team fit interview rounds set-up)
- Daily rate negotiation/alignment with budgets
- Presenting job offer details to freelancers and closing
- Liaising with internal teams (Managers/Governance/HR for onboarding and contractual topics follow-up)
- Maintaining relationships with freelancers post onboarding.

**Your profile**:

- **3 years minimum experience in full lifecycle tech sourcing** (ideally freelancer profiles)
- Experienced with an **ATS, Headhunting, Tech job boards and maintaining relationships with your network**:

- Strong verbal and written **English language skills** (Spanish or French as a second language is a plus)
- ** Quality and results driven**:

- ** Proactive and dynamic **person motivated to support all vpTech departments
- ** Sense of service** and priority/urgency
- ** Team player**.
