Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find exceptional talent for our clinics Your Role: Source top talent through diverse channels. Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Craft compelling job descriptions and build talent pipelines. Elevate our employer brand and support cross‑market recruitment projects. What You’ll Bring: Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a fast‑paced startup. Must‑Have Fluency in German and English. Nice to have any other European language. Passion for finding and hiring the best talent. Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
