Porque formarás parte de un equipo de profesionales con una experiencia increíble en construcción de startups que lo han reventado Porque vas a ayudar a transformar el futuro de una industria clave Talent Acquisition (core del rol) Ejecutar procesos de selección end-to-end para perfiles de negocio (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) y perfiles tech (Engineering, Product, Diseño). Asegurar una experiencia de candidato clara, honesta y alineada con la cultura de Kabilio. La mayor parte de tu tiempo estará enfocada en recruiting y ejecución directa de procesos. HR Operations Revisión y gestión de contratos laborales y documentación asociada. Soporte operativo en el día a día de HR (altas, bajas, cambios, dudas del equipo). Ejecutar y dar soporte a procesos básicos de feedback y performance reviews, definidos junto a founders y managers. Estructurar prácticas básicas de assessments, desarrollo, roles y expectativas. Colaborar en la organización de eventos de equipo y acciones de cultura. Documentar y ordenar procesos de HR para que escalen con el crecimiento. 3–6 años de experiencia en HR / People / Talent start-ups tech o entornos de alto crecimiento. ~ Experiencia real ejecutando procesos de selección para perfiles de negocio y perfiles técnicos. ~ Perfil operativo y resolutivo: te gusta hacer, no solo diseñar. ~ Conocimiento del marco laboral español. ~ Castellano nativo o bilingüe; inglés profesional valorable. ~ Contrato indefinido a jornada completa. Trabajo híbrido: 3 días en oficina en Barcelona y 2 días remoto.
