What'll you do
- You'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring across different technical product units
- Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams
- Executive state-of-the-art talent sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents in the market
- You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence TomTom's Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Develop and maintain a relevant global network of talent across different tech areas
- Contribute to TomTom Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects
What'll you need
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in tech and engineering functions in an international environment
- Proven experience in partnering and advising technical hiring teams
- Great understanding of business and tech talent landscape
- Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people
- Real passion for technology and talent acquisition sourcing enhancement/automation
- An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management
- Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience
- Be a natural team player and you have a great sense of humor
What's nice to have
- Previous experience working in a fast-growing tech organization
- Previous experience as Talent Sourcer
