**Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Fixed Term**
Marsh McLennan Talent Acquisition is actively recruiting for a fixed-term recruiting contractor 6 mos. to be based in their Madrid office.

**We will count on you to**:
- Review resumes to identify and attract the best talent in the market
- Deliver exceptional recruitment advice to bring top talent to the organization
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Human Resources (HR) Partners and key stakeholders
- Occasionally manage small projects and/or participate in process improvement projects
- Support hiring managers, business leaders and HR Partners on talent acquisition best practices; e.g, interviewing processes and expectations through utilization of established materials such as Service Level Agreement (SLA), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s), Client Engagement meeting, and interview guides.
- Adhere and support to company recruitment processes
**What you need to have**:
- BA/BS degree or combined education and work experience
- Advanced English-speaking verbal and written communications-
**What makes you stand out**:
- Insurance, HR Consulting or Professional Services Industry preferred
- The ability to multi task in a matrix driven organization-
