We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us? **Role |**: **Responsibilities |**: Administrative Assistance: - Assist the key account management team with various administrative tasks. - Help maintain and update client databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handling Issues and Complaints: - Log with in our CRM the guest contacts and help resolve maintenance problems (e.g., Wi-Fi not working, heating issues). - Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team (maintenance, operations, etc.). - Follow up to ensure the guest is satisfied after a problem is resolved. Ticketing and Client Management of KAM accounts: - Answer questions about bookings, services, check-in/check-out procedures, and apartment features - Provide timely and friendly responses via: - Phone: Assist with urgent matters like access issues, location confusion, or service requests. - Live Chat/WhatsApp: Offer real-time support for quick concerns. Documentation and Process Management: - All contacts need to be documented within our internal CRM Hubspot, to ensure that we have visibility of the guest requests. - Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Notion pages updated with the latest processes and information. **About you |**: - You are currently studying and able to enroll on an internship agreement - You like working with guests and you have a "solution orientated mindset" - C1 Spanish level and C1 English level, any additional languages are very welcome. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards - Organized, able to follow up processes and to deliver fast follow-up - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams - Able to put pressure on stakeholders for fastest resolution - Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related field is a plus **Ukio's life benefits |**: - Team buildings and office events - Transportation card (transportation coverage for role that have traveling needed for their work tasks according to the internal policy) - Breakfast at the office, fruits, nutrition bars, free coffee/tea and popcorn - An amazing internal culture and no dress code - International working environment with many different nationalities **Sky's the limit for us.
