**Assistant to Key Account**

Full time Key Account Assistant to work with the **KAM team **in our Barcelona head office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will provide administrative assistance to the Key Account team (contract preparation, invoicing..)
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned **decentralized key accounts**, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Administration and further development of processes, tools and documents related to key account management.
- Ensure the flow of information and documentation between the key account manager and ISC (including support to the ISC KAM)
- Assist in developing account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
- Create and update templates, presentations and databases in collaboration with ISC KAM support.

**Your Profile**:

- Speaking **French and English** is a must
- You are based in **Barcelona**:

- You have **+2 years’ experience** in a similar role
- You are good with data analysis.
- You are motivated and feel comfortable working in a team
- You have strong communication skills both externally and internally
- You pay attention to detail and you have strong organizational abilities
- You feel confident in using Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
