Our Information technology Teams is looking for an IT Solution Expert.
**Your challenge will be**
- Performs requirement engineering for IT solution enhancement and/or implements changes to IT solutions and/or executes and organizes testing and/or executes functionality deployment and/or manages IT operations.
- Translates user stories into IT requirements
- Performs deployment of functional or technical changes.
- Runs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards.
- Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
- Designs and documents existing and changed IT operational processes.
- Develops necessary service levels in order to fulfill business requirements.
- Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.
- End to End responsibility for project / solution implementation; Ideation to Scale
- Drive Digital Innovation & Focus Topics (e.g: mendix, AI/ML, software robots,) and serve as a cross-functional change agent across business to create and sustain a digital advantage
- Consulting and implementation services to drive internal process digitalization through adoption of new digital solutions
- University studies in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 2 years of relevant work experience within the IT area.
- Enthusiastic team player in a multicultural environment, experienced in communicating with global partners.
- Fluency in English language - both written and spoken - is a must.
