**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

In our Wordwide IT team you will **provide support to our users and their projects' IT infrastructure.**In this international team, your main tasks will be:

- Support our users through technical help desk
- installation and configuration of hardware IT equipment
- Installation and configuration of software solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus,...)
- Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking for an **IT technician** with **background in IT support and interest on keep growing as an IT expert.**Main requirements are:

- Medium Windows administration
- Medium HW selection, installation and configuration
- Medium Design of HW systems
- Basic Virtualisation (mainly VMWARE, others desirable)
- Basic Networks, communications
- Availability to travel eventually

Any other technology is welcome:

- Basic Linux administration (multiple distributions)
- Basic Virtualisation (mainly VMWARE, others desirable)
- Basic Networks, communications
