**Job Description**:
**Your Mission**

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, retaining, and qualifying prospects in Europe and Middle East Africa. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to work closely with our Marketing and Sales team to drive the growth of these markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate a targeted number of accepted opportunities by assessing the client's needs and handing the opportunity over to the appropriate Sales team member in a timely manner
- Cultivate leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions for the customer, and following up in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers
- Generate and conduct due diligence on inbound leads
- Maintain open communication with the sales team to discuss territory information account details, further qualify and educate the target, and get feedback on the activity
- Track and maintain prospects, as well as update contact information in HubSpot.
- Ensure accurate HubSpot data entry of own activities once the opportunity has been handed off
- Report on lead activity to the manager
- Assimilate product and market knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits and feature set of our assessments and offerings to prospects over the telephone
- Work in collaboration with marketing to develop programs that will generate the best leads, using sales & marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM tools)
- Demonstrate thought leadership with customers and stay apprised of the industry trends by contributing to social media sites (i.e. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an inside sales or sales development position, including 2+ years of B2B sales experience in Human Capital (not HR systems, ERP, etc.)
- Successful track record.
- Impeccable communication skills and a strong focus on results and customers.
- Strong stakeholder management of decision-makers at C-level.
- Native English speaker. German and French would be a strong advantage.
- Hands-on mindset and passionate team player.
- Enthusiasm for networking in a global environment and for building relationships with customers and colleagues in remote locations.
- A keen interest in fast-growing startups and Human Capital in particular
- Familiar with sales reporting and CRM-tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Negotiation skills to quickly build relationships and elicit discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative attitude, willing to partner across functions to find solutions.
