**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Native German + Advanced English)**
**Location**: Work from Home in Spain
**Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a driven **Inside Sales Representative** to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across mid-sized accounts—focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and close opportunities with new and existing customers
- Drive acquisition, retention, and growth across assigned accounts
- Own account strategy and sales execution
- Qualify customer potential and identify whitespace opportunities
- Collaborate with channel teams to align on account strategies
- Promote PC++ products (Headsets, Displays, Care Packs) and Print Transactional Sales
- Lead solution-building efforts with inside sales and presales experts
- Identify and engage new contacts within accounts
- Manage structured communications and relationship elevation
- Hunt for opportunities in low or inactive accounts
- Coordinate with technical consultants for expert support
- Lead pricing discussions and ensure compliance with global guidelines
- Support renewals and post-sales activities, including cross-sell and upsell strategies
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Native German speaker** with **advanced English proficiency**:
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven ability to self-prospect using multiple outreach tools
- Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers
- Experience leading meetings with IT and Procurement stakeholders
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
- Passion for technology, customer success, and business growth
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
