**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Sales administration/Order management
- Entering and tracking customer orders from data entry to invoice (quotes, contracts, delivery notes, invoices and payments)
- Validate sales order compliance / referral to alternative solutions as needed
- Perform coordination and logistic monitoring of purchases and sales orders
- Follow-up of orders in progress, inform customers about deadlines and prices
- Participate of a weekly status meeting with each sales region (sales change, escalation, )
- Management of any delivery disputes
- Knowledge about Logistic, export process with usage of incoterms.
- Sales support
- Ensure a monthly follow-up of the realized sales for the portfolio
- Deal with requests and complaints from customers / partners
- Support and answer to Sales / Customers in reactive time mode (SLA)
- Team
- You will work in an EMEA environment, working with many countries
- Within a team of 40 people, you will contribute to the growth of the Iberia market
- You will be in contact with different departments: Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customers, Logistic etc.

**Skills we can’t do without**:

- You have at minimum between 2 / 5 years of experience in sales administration and have an interest for technology and competitive context.
- You are fluent English & Spanish.
- You have knowledge of SAP
- You good knowledge of Excel
- You have strong communication skills
- You like working closely with Sales team as well as operation team and have a lot of different tasks
