Order Operations Leader

**Job Description Summary**:
The Order Operations Leader is responsible for leading and executing the order operations process through partnering with Zone operation and commercial leaders on strategy, prioritization, and execution. This team leader is responsible for all aspects of the Customer Order Fulfillment and owns backlog management & execution. The role is critical for building and executing on Revenue, Inventory, Base Cost and Billing estimate and will influence key stakeholders across the Zone and ISC to drive change and build world class order management capability.

Essential Responsibilities

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Project Management and Data accuracy
- Critical business partner to the Zone leadership team by reaching the required business outcomes, including, Sales Estimation accuracy and predictability, backlog execution efficiency, predictability of cycle times, inventory management.
- Lead sales execution and Optimize Sales transfer and lead Weekly Business Sales reviews.
- Manage a customer portfolio and order entry process
- Plan and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection to ensure that customer requirements are met
Order Entry and backlog quality. Implement changes as required for each project followed; Ensure orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry
- Confirms customer requested date and Plan
Monitor and coordinate daily logistics traffic from warehouses Quality Specific Goals for proper portfolio
- Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports
- Accountable for the date’s management, backlog quality management.
- Ensure rigor to convert unbilled revenue to billed, drive cycle time reduction & ensuring clarity to finance team.
- Develop high performing order management teams including measurement of performance against organizational objectives for quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
- Excellent partnership with other operating teams, COE’s and Shared Services, partnering to drive Order Operations excellence and improved customer experience.

Process improvement and KPI management
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures
- Provide root cause on defect analysis
- Owning backlog management utilizing order management alerts.
- Participates to deployment of new initiatives aiming to improve the wing-to-wing process.
- Aligns with Order management business KPIs when it comes to sales revenue, Inventory, On Time Delivery.
**Required Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years’ experience in project management or order management
- Customer Satisfaction Oriented, Team player, committed to deliver, Solution driven mind set
- Ability to use Systems and work in a matrix environment, Adaptability and flexibility of using different backlog management tools depending on the P&L
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sustainable process changes and adapt to business and functional changes.
- Rigorous and strong execution capabilities in an operational environment. Ability to effectively manage time & KPIs, prioritize work & delegate.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication, Fluent English
- Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management - Transportation & Customs
