**Roles and Responsibilities**

Project Management and Data accuracy
- Lead billing process from invoicing to cash (lead and support billing estimated, unbilled and disputes)
- PO’s creation, follow fulfillment process with suppliers and support on LSI process
- Orders/Sales execution and Optimize Sales transfer and invoicing.
- Plan and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection to ensure that customer requirements are met

Process improvement and KPI management
- Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures
- Provide root cause on defect analysis
- Owning backlog management utilizing order management alerts for orders and billing.
- Participates to deployment of new initiatives aiming to improve the wing-to-wing process.
- Aligns with Order management business KPIs when it comes to sales revenue, Inventory, On Time Delivery, Billing, Unbilled, Cash collection.

**Required Qualifications**
- Business/Logistic degree/or equivalent and relevant experience in project management, order or invoicing management
- Customer Satisfaction Oriented, Team player, committed to deliver, Solution driven mind set
- Ability to use Systems and work in a matrix environment, Adaptability and flexibility of using different backlog management tools depending on the P&L
- Good Understanding of the OM process
- Excellent Verbal and written communication, Fluent English
- Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management - Transportation & Customs
