**The Spanish Team**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data
- Post/prepare bills, invoices
- Reconcile the accounts ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients/vendors billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Facilitate timely payment of invoices due by ensuring appropriate authorisations of vendor invoices
- Generate and present financial statements and reports detailing accounts status
- Fully hands-on role to complete any other tasks set by the business

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable or payable role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures
- Proficiency in Excel, Accounting Software (NetSuite advantageous)
- Ability to take initiative and practical approach to problem-solving
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English Qualifications
- Accounting qualification would be advantageous (Bachelors Degree)
