**Junior Financial Analyst**

**Ebury Central Malaga Office**

**The Role**

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work in the Commissions, Payroll Accounting and Payments department in the firm's Central Malaga office.

**Responsibilities**:
You will have responsibility to deliver key projects across but not limited to:

- Sales commission calculation and process upgrading
- Sales performance analysis
- Impact analysis of the different incentive schemes
- Communication and coordination between back-office and global salesforce

**Requirements**:

- 2-3+ Years of experience in an analytical role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools. Excel skills will be tested
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pragmatic thinking coupled with a can-do attitude
- Test and learn mentality
- Clear, concise communication style, both written and verbal
- Proactive, with the ability to work effectively within fast paced and high pressure
environment
- Motivated and driven, with a desire to make Ebury a success
- Fluency in Spanish and English
