**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Budgeting & Forecasting**:
- Provides support in the preparation of budget templates and in the management of the overall budget process.
- Supports the rolling forecast process.
**Monthly accounts**:
- Support the production of monthly reporting dashboards (financial and operational performance indicators).
- Analyze monthly variances actuals vs budget vs Forecast. Support account / operations managers identifying root cause and in proposing remedy action plans.
- Formalize findings and explanations in monthly reporting dashboards. Contributes to the preparation of the business unit monthly management meetings.
- Performs ad-hoc analysis and contributes to answering to Webhelp group requests.
**Tasks project based**:
- Provide support on commercial aspects (price calculation, price indexation, commercial repricing) and administrative aspects (central invoicing, etc ) on an ad-hoc basis.
- Participate in the design and implementation of processes to reinforce the quality of the financial information.
**Requirements**:
- Spanish native level and English advanced.
- Strong academic background. Graduated from Business School or University.
- Working experience (up to 2-3 years) as a financial control or Post-graduate studies, plus solid internship experience.
- Solid skills in finance and accounting.
- International profile either through studying and/or working abroad is a plus. Fluent English writing and speaking skills are required.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office (XL is your best friend) and databases.
- High attention to detail and accuracy. A well-structured and rigorous way of working.
- Personal mindset and alignment with Webhelp culture.
- Strong ability to work in a team with good communication skills and - positive spirit.
- Easy to work with attitude and approach.
- Pro-active and can-do attitude, willingness and ability to work under own initiative.
- Flexible individual, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement.
- Desire to grow with the company.
- Ability to grow with the position and within the company.
- 6 months trial period.
**We Offer**:
- Full-time position (39hrs/week), no weekends, no nights. From 09:00 to 18:00
