Maintenance CRM Consultant

**Descripción**

We're seeking a Maintenance CRM Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of client CRM solutions, managing system configurations, and providing advanced support to keep everything running efficiently.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

**Responsabilidades principales**

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Tickets: Resolve advanced issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.
- Change Management: Monitor system changes, manage permissions, and maintain security.
- System Maintenance: Handle data imports/exports and troubleshoot cron job errors.
- Configuration and Customization: Implement system adjustments, manage dispatches, and oversee user settings.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships and understand their unique system needs.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills:

- Advanced system support experience, SQL Server expertise is a must.
- Experience with Crystal Reports and API will be an asset. JavaScript is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. Other European languages (Portuguese, Italian, German) are a bonus.

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience: 2+ years in a support/maintenance role, preferably in SaaS/Tech.
