**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions that align with their goals.

As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks to ensure successful project delivery.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality
- Participate in project planning and management activities
- Work together with our Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

**What you need**:
The basics
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or development
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Developer)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration possibilities
- Experience with briefing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to Salesforce Developers
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points
- Experience with other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working in Agile project team

**Our compensation**:

- An annual gross salary from 38,000€ and up to 45,000€, based on experience.
