In the role of **CRM Technical Consultant, **you will take part in exciting projects within different industries and continuously develop your technical and functional knowledge related to **Dynamics 365** and the Power Platform**. **(Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Portals, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and many more).

**How your day will look like**:

- Work together with an enthusiastic & innovative team, that is passionate about CRM solutions and experienced in implementing projects around customer-facing processes
- Create a solution concept for the envisaged solution (Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Portals, Marketing, Field Service, etc.), and submit solution proposals showing advantages and disadvantages.
- Participate in workshops with the customers to gather requirements.
- Take responsibility for solution design and implementation. You will create customizations and configurations (no-code or low-code) within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Flow, Power BI)
- Propose solutions for integrations with other systems or data sources inside or outside of Power Platform

**Your profile**:

- 2+ years of experience as technical/ functional consultant in IT projects
- Experience as low-code developer or CRM Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365 CRM Apps, Salesforce,) is a plus
- You are passionate about technology and enjoy being “on the cutting edge” when it comes to Microsoft's range of products
- You are well known for: quickly identifying customer needs, finding pragmatic solutions, and implementing them technically.
- Excellent organization and communicative skills stand out for you
- You have a growth mindset: keen to learn new things and grow personally
- A university degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or similar
- ** Fluent level of German** (at least C1) and English
- EU Citizenship or Spanish work Visa
