- En estos momentos, buscamos para nuestra sede en Madrid un Customer Service Team Leader.
- El cual se encargará de la supervisión y el análisis de los servicios del call center, asegurando que la estrategia de servicio al cliente y administración de la organización se implemente y ejecute de forma eficaz, coherente y de acuerdo con las directrices y presupuestos establecidos.
- Las funciones principales serán:
- Revisión de dimensionamientos-
- Calidad del servicio-
- Implementación, seguimiento y control de planes de mejora-
- Supervisión, seguimiento y control de KPI’s-
- Soporte al manager del Centro de Servicios en la toma de decisiones sobre la operativa del servicio-
- Formaciones, gestión y motivación de equipos.-
- Alto Manejo de Salesforce y aplicaciones informáticas.-
- Garantizar la productividad a través del análisis de los diferentes indicadores.-
- Implementación de proyectos- Si tienes experiência en puestos similares, tienes nível alto en el manejo de aplicaciones informáticas y Salesforce, tienes nível de inglés alto y eres una persona proactiva, creativa, orientada a objetivos y te motiva trabajar en equipo creemos que este podría ser una gran oportunidad para ti.
