For our Tax Operations of Western Europe, we are looking for

A Team Leader Taxes whose main responsibility is to deliver high quality and on time tax declarations to local authorities, in close collaboration with local tax teams. It includes the implementation of the company's policies and regulations and the support to External/Internal Audits.

**You will be responsible for**:

- The preparation and delivery of tax declarations to local authorities for countries in scope.
- Implementing and safeguarding the standard & local Tax processes in local accounting organization and own organization according to agreed activity split and service level.
- Driving improvements - aligned with the overall strategy - through digitalization, leveraging Data Analytics and smart automation.
- Successfully driving changes and ensuring stable and efficient operations.
- Leading the team by setting up, communicating, and living the team purpose, while developing the people ensuring upskilling, inclusion and diversity.

**Who you are**:

- BA/BS degree in Tax/Fiscal, Finance, Accounting, or Business with 7+ years of experience, or an MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong Leadership skills and professional standing.
- Customer oriented mind-set, change management capabilities.
- Strong tax judgement and advanced tax knowledge in one European country.
- Business knowledge or ability to quickly learn.
- Experience in Tax operations and Tax accounting/reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ownership and proactivity in getting things done.
