We are now looking for a** Tax Manager,** to join our **Corporate Finance Department** in our **Headquarters in Barcelona.**

As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with a first class Tax Team on a range of corporate tax areas including tax advisory, tax audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing and M&A projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Transfer Pricing:

- Develop and/or review transfer pricing policies.
- Establish transfer pricing documentation for global operations, including local files and any secondary filings.
- Draw up intercompany agreements
- Analyze profit mix by jurisdiction to understand legal entity profit changes, changes over prior periods, and project profit mix in future periods.
- Provide tax support in M&A transactions
- Manage Global tax projects and implementation of global tax initiatives
- Tax advisory and tax compliance:

- Corporate Income Tax: Analysis, review and calculation of Corporate Income Tax of the Group
- Analysis and review of the indirect taxation of the Group
- Analysis of taxation on relevant transactions (direct and indirect taxes).
- Monthly reconciliation and reporting to shareholder
- Provide tax support to Accounting and external auditors in preparation of local statutory filings to ensure local accounts are appropriately stated.
- Provide tax support, control and supervision of open tax audits; properly reviewing and following up on all information provided and control of deadlines.
- Monitoring tax developments in all the countries where GBFoods´ Group operates and informing the other departments of these tax developments in order to adapt to them.

- Law Degree or Double Degree (Business Administration/Law)
- Post-graduate degree in Tax
- High level of technical tax knowledge.
- Previous experience of 8-10 years (if possible 4-5 years in a prestigious law firm or Big Four and 4-5 years in a company as tax specialist/manager).
- Languages: English (high level) and French desirable.
- Very good analytical skills and proactive attitude. Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams. Exceptional interpersonal communication.
- SAP experience is a plus.
