Acting as a trusted advisor for the customer, our CS team works directly with our clients to understand their software development needs and technical environment in order to integrate our platform into their developer’s daily workflow. From low-touch, self-service onboarding packages to enterprise rollouts, our CS team provides expert product-focused consultation, hands-on technical assistance, and best practices for adoption on all of SIG's products.**Job Summary**: The Associate Implementation Program Manager (APgM) plays a critical role in leading a team in deployment/implementation activities for our clients across North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia).
- The APgM reports directly to the Sr. Manager Program (PMO Manager), who is invested in your success, and will support and assist with goal setting, career growth and development. The APgM serves as the project lead, coordinating and authorizing all project activities, identify and developing response plans for risks, managing customer expectations, removing obstacles, monitoring progress and ensuring successful delivery and closeout to the customer's satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities and Objectives**:
Project Management: You’ll own all aspects of projects including requirements gathering and translating the scope of work into a project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective.
- Delivery: You'll serve as the project lead and primary point of contact for customers during services engagements with a focus on delivery of scope on time, within budget, and with high quality outcomes.
- Client Onboarding: You’ll manage the express onboarding program.
- Communication: You’ll establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organization including project team members, executive sponsors & key stakeholders.
- Status Reporting: You’ll develop status reports and communicate clear, accurate, and timely updates regarding project health and progress.
- Risk Management: You’ll diagnose implementation challenges/risks, develop contingency plans, and implement changes to drive risk mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: You’ll work with Sales, TAMs, Customer Success, Support, Sales Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure we are all aligned and that stakeholders have visibility into engagements.
- Accountability: You’ll set clear expectations with internal and external team members and hold them accountable for deadlines and project deliverables.
- Process Improvement: You’ll document lessons learned and recommend process and methodology improvements to improve execution on future projects.**Must Have Qualification Requirements**:

- 1-3 years leading implementation projects, or leading SDLC with an interest/willingness to transition into implementations
- Previous experience working directly with external customers in a post-sales role within technology
- Previous experience motivating developers and technical resources towards meeting objectives and delivering outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external and internal stakeholders
