The HP commercial organization has curated a suite of capacity building and future skilling programs that address the transformation needs of education stakeholders and ministries, and help create an outcome based selling model; HP IDEA, HP Cambridge EdTech Fellowship, HP Gaming Garage, HP Classeasy, HP Futures and the World Education Medals amongst others. We are now looking for an education evangelist and program management expert to support the growth of the education programs. **Brief** **Responsibilities** - Formulate, organize and monitor / provide governance on inter-connected projects (HP IDEA, HP Gaming Garage, HP Classeasy) - Decide on suitable implementation plans and objectives - Coordinate cross-project activities - Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities - Support management of the program’s people and vendor relationships - Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI - Resolve project related issues - Prepare reports on program progress **Requirements and skills** - BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field - Proven experience as a Program Manager or other similar managerial position - Good understanding of project/program management techniques and methods - Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles - Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage - Outstanding leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent problem-solving ability - Influencing and EQ skills - Experience collaborating across geographies Sales and services entity
