**APJ Instant Ink Program Manager**

HP is hiring an **APJ Instant Ink Program Manager** to support our fast-growing Instant Ink Subscription service in Asia. We’re looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in program/project management, ideally in a subscription service environment.

HP Instant Ink is the flagship subscription service offered by HP, is a top strategic business priority, is now launched in 36 countries worldwide, and it holds the worldwide market leadership in subscription models transformation in the print industry.

In this role, you will be representing the CO team as Instant Ink is expanding its portfolio of new services.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/solutions.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills. Maintain priorities and relentless execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth experience and skills working cross-functionally with GBU (Global Business Unit), Marketing, Countries & Markets, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to generate and align plans.
- Manage the Instant Ink service life cycle in initiatives such as country presence, pricing strategy, rebranding, or channel transformation.
- Process owner for APJ in processes like localization, partner onboarding, partner compensation tracking, market price strategy implementation,
- The Program Manager is perceived by the sales team as the Subject Matter Expert in the products/services/solutions and regularly is called on to defend the benefits in front of internal and external partners.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, Business, or Technical fields; Program Mgmt Certification preferred
- 5 years in project/program management fundamentals
- Demonstrated strategic leadership in go-to-market programs
- Demonstrated experience working with selling partners, Marketing teams and customers
- Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams towards a common goal
- Influence at the executive level, as well as with customers and partners
- Strong computer skills (ex: proficient in MS Office, especially Excel)
- Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus
