Job summary
In this Senior Sourcing Recruiter role, you will be a key leader in building an EMEA-wide sourcing function from scratch to support Confidential Projects, the expansion of our Consumer Business across EMEA, and of our Corporate functions.
**In this role, you will**:
- Lead the effort to build and execute sourcing strategies to find, engage and attract talent for new EMEA markets, confidential projects, and corporate functions (non-technical roles).
- Mentor a team of passionate sourcing recruiters; establish team best practices and foster a collaborative sourcing culture.
- Collaborate directly with senior hiring leaders, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders in order to deliver.
- Manage and prioritize multiple searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
- Use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
The role can be based in Madrid, London, Luxemburg, Milan, or Munich
- Familiarity with the Middle East and/or Africa regions.
- Advanced Boolean skills.
- Experience and interest in recruiting for a variety of non-technical business roles and corporate functions.
- Energized by working on ambiguous and ambitious talent acquisition projects.
- Ability to prioritize; ruthless curiosity; appreciation for the value of providing amazing customer service.
- Ability to understand and articulate business needs while executing talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders & talent.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
