Talent Acquisition - Senior Recruiter
**Job Summary**:This position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment. Will guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.
**Responsibilities**
Sourcing and Pipelining
- Facilitates social process
- Drives direct sourcing agenda by leveraging social media platforms; increase our presence on social media
Facilitation of Interview Process
- Partners with hiring manager to identify key roles and responsibilities of the interview team
- Ensures hiring manager and interview team are prepared for the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
- Facilitates the debriefing process towards a recommendation
- Sets expectations and consults with hiring managers regarding the recruiting process and responsibilities
- Responsible for writing & composition of role descriptions, kick off meetings, sourcing strategy, execution of sourcing, interviewing, offer, offer construction, extension, hand off to HR Business Partner
Consulting
- Focuses consulting with hiring managers at VP level or below
Facilitating Offer and Start
- Negotiates offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
- Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information
- Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards and ensures they are followed during the hiring and onboarding processes
Resource Management and Analytics
- Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
- Manages towards a 80% Direct Hiring/20% agency mix on permanent hiring
