**ABOUT PRODUCT**

For our new game NFT Aviatrix, we are looking for a 3D Artist who will join the marketing department.

Thanks to the use of unique mechanics, as well as the use of NFT, our game is attracting a lot of attention from both client sites and players, and shows rapid growth.

The game has already proven mechanics called “sudden death”. It's very popular among players due to its simplicity and exciting gambling experience. Together with a unique b2b spread model and free transactions blockchain experience we hope to move Crypto adoption to the whole new level.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter with a minimum of **3+** years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the iGaming industry. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for the non-technical vacancies (Account Managers, Business Development roles, Product, Marketing etc.)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the iGaming industry in different markets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the iGaming industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our company as the best employer.

**EXPECTED SKILLS**
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting talent for account manager and business development roles.
- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of different job roles, skill sets, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent and collaborate with internal.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ethical approach to recruitment, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
