**Senior Recruiter**

The Senior Recruiter will work in a fast-paced, digital/tech scale-up environment, and will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans for the Spanish market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruiting process.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job postings, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to attract and engage top talent.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, including extending offers, conducting reference and background checks, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the recruiting team.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to help build Treatwell's employer brand in the Spanish market.

**About you**:

- Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English and preferably Portuguese.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a digital/tech scale-up environment.
- Proven experience in sourcing, selecting, and hiring talent for a variety of roles.
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems, including ATS, CRM, and HRIS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Results-driven and metrics-oriented, with a track record of meeting recruiting goals and targets.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
