Company Description

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner able to work independently, enjoys a hands-on approach and can interface effectively with professionals at all levels. The HR Business Partner will closely work with our Technology area on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver the operational HR plan for Technology department,
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity
- Maintain good relationship with the Manager of the area of reference, well understanding the necessity of the business
- Support key HR projects and process improvements
- Ensure alignment of HR programs working with peers and colleagues in the other countries
- Provide input in terms of local employment legislation, policies and practices

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience as an HR business partner for Technology department in a fast-paced environment
- University degree in HR management, Law or Economics
- Fluent in Italian and English

**Abilities/qualities**
- A team player, with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, as an active member of both business and HR teams
