As a Vendor Strategy and Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in planning strategy. You will be responsible for selecting the third party providers, contract negotiation, and managing onsite relationships with sales vendors in Poland. You will be a strategic partner and guide for vendor executive leadership to develop in sales delivery and set the right organizational structure and systems, including talent recruitment and performance management. The Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization drives the strategy, design, planning, and operations of Google Customers Solutions (GCS). RSO delivers growth at scale by investing in the success of our small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers and strategic partnerships. Within RSO, The Vendor Strategy and Operations Team provides a central vendor management strategy and framework enabling GCS to scale operations globally in a sustainable and efficient way. Together, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Manage extended workforce capacity through continuously monitoring headcount, recruitment pipelines, and ongoing demand for resources from the lines of business to ensure optimum resourcing at all times. - Attend weekly/quarterly extended workforce strategy and operations reviews for your site. Ensure the extended workforce implements a corrective action when performance does not meet expectations. - Collaborate with other extended workforce site managers and regional line of business managers to ensure best practice sharing across the programs. - Manage the site level fixed and variable costs budget effectively. Monitor purchase orders and invoicing to ensure that quarterly plans are met. - Ensure extended workforce is fully compliant with all Google policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
