**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee all kitchen sections, demonstrating expertise in cooking techniques, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting operational demands while upholding kitchen efficiency.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional guest service and fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilize basic computing skills to assist in menu planning, staff scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Strong knowledge of all kitchen sections with a passion for learning and skill development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and implement new processes effectively.
- Basic computing skills for menu creation and scheduling.

Pay: 2,500.00€ - 4,000.00€ per month
