**Chef der Rezeption: Dein Job als Front Office Manager (m/w/d)**:
Bei dir laufen die Fäden zusammen: In deinem Job als Front Office Manager/in bist du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Front
- und im Backoffice verantwortlich. Du stellst die optimale Kontingentauslastung sicher und kümmerst dich um die Direktbuchungen. Für dein Team bist du jederzeit der erste Ansprechpartner und ein echtes Vorbild - auch bei der Unterstützung von anderen Abteilungen, z.B. beim Begrüßungscocktail am Abend vor dem Restaurant oder auf der Theaterbühne.

**Spanien, Österreich oder doch lieber Malediven?**:
Arbeiten, wo andere Urlaub machen. Als Front Office Manager/in bei ROBINSON kannst du länger bleiben als jeder Gast. Unsere Clubs liegen an wunderschönen Orten und in erster Reihe zum Meer oder nahe am Skilift. In deinem Job als Front Office Manager/in kooperierst du nicht nur mit deinen Kollegen im Club und in der Zentrale in Hannover, sondern auch mit Reiseveranstaltern und Repräsentanten und bist gleichzeitig ein herzlicher Gesprächspartner für unsere Gäste.

**Für deinen neuen Job als Front Office Manager (m/w/d) solltest du dein Ich und Folgendes mitbringen**:

- Ausbildung zum/zur Hotelfachmann/frau
- Erfahrung an der Rezeption in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Idealerweise Protel-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse der jeweiligen Landessprache wünschenswert

Du möchtest dich eher fachlich spezialisieren? Auch hier bieten wir dir regelmäßige Fortbildungen und Trainings.
