As CommEx Business Partner in Barcelona, you will be reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director and have the responsibility to work within the business to identify the needs and challenges of the Biodermatology business unit. You will do this by delivering and translating robust analytics into actionable insights and communicating recommendations to inform the business unit with the most critical business questions and decisions. The scope of role includes all analytical activities at national and subnational level: sales performance reporting, sales force effectiveness, primary market research, multichannel analytics, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI tracking. - actively to understand the business requirements. Working in close collaboration with the business management and cross functional teams to provide insights and clarity to inform and influence commercial direction. The role requires more than just data transfer. It is about translating the data into meaningful, actionable recommendations to business challenges.
- Experiència 3 anys. Desirable to have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent in the pharmaceutical industry or agency working with national and subnational in market data, salesforce effectiveness (SFE) performance reporting, primary market research, omnichannel analytics, forecasting, scenario planning and KPI tracking
