Learning and Content Manager

**About the Role**

As a Learning Manager you will work directly with our customers to understand their needs. You will take ownership of creating, delivering and promoting a range of learning resources for the Editorial Managers. You will create learning content including webinars, videos and one to one training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the creation and delivery of editorial systems learning materials to fit our business objectives
- Gathering information and feedback from teams and customers to turn into actions that help improve existing training material
- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand customer feedback to help continuously improve our editorial systems resources
- Proactively scheduling and conducting training in adherence to agreed best practices for both our internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the creation and delivery of training material including content development and promoting improvement methodologies to update and enhance processes
- Acting as an ambassador for editorial systems during Editorial Board meetings, Society contract renewals and other meetings requiring representation

**Requirements**:

- Display good written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish
- Have experience in developing training materials and managing training platforms
- Be a highly effective and compelling communicator who can collaborate with all levels of our organisation
- Have some experience in an editorial production environment, collaborating with authors and editors
- Have some experience of working in technical editorial and production systems
